Our Adolescent & Young Adult Therapy services provide compassionate, age-appropriate mental health support for teens and young adults navigating the emotional, social, and developmental challenges that arise during these formative years. This service is designed to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, academic stress, identity exploration, family conflict, peer relationships, and major life transitions.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where adolescents and young adults can express themselves openly, build self-awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies. Clinicians work collaboratively with clients to strengthen emotional regulation, problem-solving skills, self-esteem, and resilience, while respecting autonomy and individuality.
Our providers utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)–informed skills, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based interventions. Treatment is tailored to the developmental stage of each client, ensuring that therapeutic goals and strategies are both engaging and effective.
When appropriate, therapy may also include collaboration with parents or caregivers to support communication, boundaries, and family understanding. The overall goal of Adolescent & Young Adult Therapy is to empower clients with the tools, confidence, and insight needed to navigate life stressors, build healthy relationships, and move forward with balance, growth, and purpose.
