Therapy focuses on increasing awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing practical strategies to challenge negative thinking and build healthier responses. CBT empowers clients with tools they can use both in and outside of therapy to support lasting change.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-Informed Treatment
Our DBT-Informed Treatment is a skills-based therapeutic approach designed to support individuals who experience intense emotions, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, or difficulty managing distress.
This approach emphasizes the development of key skills, including emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. DBT-informed care helps clients build balance between acceptance and change, improve relationships, and respond more effectively to life’s challenges.
